| Before you get the image in your head of some martial arts guru-type, that's not what I'm about. Just getting that out of the way first.
I go by the name the Grandmaster more as a title within the group that I'm forming than an actual name. You may remember me as Xolkiyr. You may not. Either way feel free to refer to me as either Grandmaster or Xolkiyr as I will respond to either.
My purpose within the superhero community remains the same as it was several years ago when I had to step down due to family issues. Now its my family and the area we live in that has driven me back into my old persona. The main focus of my group, The Order, are the patrols that I myself used to do and am resuming here now. While that is mainly what we do, I have bigger plans for The Order in the future. But that is for another time.
The Order is, when fully realized, going to be a nation-wide organization of patrols with both active crime fighting as well as the more passive detective work, scouting and the like. I have divided the nation into 5 distinct regions which then trickle down to state, then countys and further to cities. And at each level there will be leaders and a heirarchy.
Though of course I will be looking beyond the superhero community for volunteers because I believe the more we involve the various communities we will be protecting the better equipped they themselves will be with protecting themselves.
On that note, I leave myself and The Order at the mercy of this great community and I leave with a quote that, while its origins may not be serious, its meaning has been so to me.
"Nothing is true, everything is permitted."
