This book is set up like "Strength Training Anatomy" by Frederic Delavier, but it focuses on stretching. If you're always working out, like I hope we all are, then I highly suggest this book to keep our bodies loose and limber. A build up of lactic acid in muscles makes them sore and stiff. Its easy to pull muscles. If you have a new muscular pain, you can flip through this book to find out ways to stretch that particular area.
