Well, here we are. Thylacine and Flying Fox. Thank you to Tothian for his kindly invite. Unless you don't yet know, Thylacine and Flying Fox are The Fauna Fighters (no, we don't fight Fauna, we're respresentations of fauna that fight and....oh y'know what, it doesn't matter). We're animal activists, enviromental activists and social activists. We have dedicated ourselves to defending the animal kingdom and believe firmly that animals can unite people. They can melt hardened hearts and bring communities together. We're big on clean ups, raising awareness for charities and inspiring people to fight for the health of their planet.
I, Thylacine am also very big on reaching the community via my own pitfalls and mistakes in my pre-mask life. I believe that many trapped in criminal/drug circles can be reached through kindness, not judgemental mindsets. That what they need is to see someone like myself, a former street kid doing 'good' to know that no-matter where they are in life they can do the same. I have a blog where I talk about my past and how it makes me who I am today, www.supermanisntreal.blogspot.com so if anybody ever wants to attack me for anything, all the ammo is there. Better bring a cut lunch though.
I'm very '1938'. I'm old school. I don't smoke or use bad language. I'm not lewd or 'badas*' I'm open about my past, but dedicated to presenting a classic caped-persona in my present, however flawed I remain. I believe there is a Lex Luthor inside EVERY mask, so I'm not big on hypocrisy either. I'm not righteous, I'm human.
Though Fauna Fighters is a secular operation, I 100% credit it's existence to my Lord Jesus Christ. I am a practicing, liberal Catholic who believes that all good that comes from me orginates from and is directed by God. And that is all I will say concerning religion. Ever. So don't bother asking me to 'debate' or pointlessly bicker. My political view is this- an utterly even playing field for all peoples, a secular society where all views, beliefs and personas are equal and respected. That nobody is persecuted against or denied their legal rights. Judge not lest ye be judged. Love one another.
Flying Fox is my wife. She is my complete and utter equal. When Flying Fox moves, I mirror. We're one body, one spirit, one movement: The Fauna Fighters. There is no leader, and never will be, no matter how many people join us.
This profile will be shared between us. We look forwards to meeting you all!

Thylacine & Flying Fox,
I'd like to give you both the biggest welcome to the Heroes Network! That makes two couples on this forum, so far. Haha.
Anyway, this is the point in time where I USUALLY would say: One of us!
BUT, since there are two of you, should I say: Two of us! Two of us!
However, you do consider yourself one being (I know how that is), so, whichever works for you.

No problem. You know this will get kind of confusing not sure which one of you I'm speaking to, so I might just end up calling you "Fauna Fighters" - as if speaking to both of you. But I'm guessing that that's what you're kind of hoping for.
And yes, I hope you enjoy this forum and find it both fun and useful, as well as a place where you can teach and learn valuable things from.
